Provided guide to customer help to test and pending customer testing/approve to deploy into PROD
May follow below step for testing. We will be
using SG02’s MDOCNO id sequence as example:
First, head to ID Sequence Rule module, and the id sequence in question.
You may edit the prefix, date format, and length to your liking, you may refer
to the following table for clarification:

For editing the ID sequence, you may use the newly added functions available
from the right-click menu.
AVAILABLE FUNCTION:
Reset id sequence: Reset the serial number to 0, the system will block the
reset if the there exist record of previous id to avoid duplication of serial
number
Reset REDIS id sequence: Reload all serial number caches, and will result in
number skipping.
Redefine the serial number: Allow user to redefine the prefix, date format, and length.
REMARK: When redefining the serial number, Redis Sequence must be referred, the length can only be larger than the number of digits in Redis Sequence
Once the changes are confirmed, the updated serial number configuration will
take effect from the next MDOCNO generated.
For example, if the above configuration is confirmed, the next Movement
Document Number generated will be: MV2609170001
