Same Wave Assigned to Two Users

Based on the information we received, it seems that this wave was obtained by two different users on the operational side. As far as I understand, one wave should not be able to be obtained by two different users simultaneously.
From the system side, the validation is already working correctly, as the wave cannot proceed further. However, we would like to confirm whether it is expected behavior for one wave to be obtained by two different users, or if there is anything else that needs to be checked from the system side.
Could you please help investigate and confirm whether this is an expected scenario?

Based on the screenshot below, you are using the manual enter search method to find the wave number. This method does not lock the wave, so other users can still search for and access the same wave.
The recommended method is to enter the wave number, then click the Get Wave button below. This will retrieve and lock the wave, preventing other users from accessing the same wave simultaneously.
