I know that previously Yoga raised an issue regarding the ErrorShipment Check and then after that no updates from us, so you proceed to close the case.
I do further investigation regarding the case and try to replicate the order creation to Our production WH-TGR04 customerId AHN OrderNo SOTGR0421100500002 deliveryNo L202109141052347d0a4. When I did the shipment check, I found the same error like the previous case, system showed me with an error message "Trace number {L202109141052347d0a4} contains special characters, please check!"
There are 2 proposed solutions to solve this case. User went for option 1 and close case
Solution 1 (MOST FEASIBLE)
From Shipper’s end, make sure the DeliveryNo interfaced is without small letter.
Considered that orders are created from your internal tools, such maintenance should be possible from your end.
Once you have configured in your tools to generate all DeliveryNo in Capital letter, the same will be passed to WMS and issue will be resolved then.
There should be no concern for orders coming from marketplace as the information is channeled in capital letters.
Solution 2 (COST INVOLVED)
The another solution, is to raise a request with the product team to modify the current setup to allow small letters in TraceID verification in Shipment Check.
Such action requires changes from code level and there will be charges applied.
Request will be handled in form of CR.
