Order SO Status Partially Shipped

Question:

Hi CSO HLS Team,

We have 4 orders which the order header status is Partially Shipped but 1 order line status is Picked.

Please help to troubleshoot it.

Answer:

Issue due to package not maintained, where Cartonize Flag is not ticked.

Solution to maintain package for affected SKU, then reverse packing, cancel picking and re-run the process

issue is resolved
