Investigation:
I would like to reiterate, if the issue reported is for another warehouse besides AXI01, we are still required to determine if it is a system bug or user configuration issue. If we find it is due to user configuration issue, then we first need to ask them do they agree for us to charge to fix it. For this ticket, it is due to both user configuration issue and system issue so we’ll just fix it without any additional charge.
However, I would expect as first level of support, you would be able to identify that part of the reason replenishment cannot trigger was because the Zone master setup was not properly setup – the zones was not flagged to allow for any replenishment. And Stella have already taught how to use the Debug Log to troubleshoot on this to determine what condition was causing system to fail to replenish. Besides the zone setup, this field locationReplenishmentGroup in BAS_FORWARDING_LOC was null value, and system is expecting a blank value instead. For this, please provide to FAST the latest attached master template for pickface masterdata setup -the additional column locationReplenishmentGroup just need to leave it blank. I have already fixed the current pickface locations which has already been setup in the PROD system.
