ZERO INV QTY IN CYCLE COUNT

Is there a configuration to be able to see the actual inventory balance of the SKUs in the Inventory Count?

We have tried in Sandbox main warehouse, we can see the actual inventory balance. And no quantities SKUs were not included in the document.

We're trying to tick the Include Empty checkbox but upon saving the Include Empty revert to unticked.

Since this issue is possible of configuration, FAST Team agreed for additional charges if indeed due to configuration.
