Wave Picking Stock Out Function - Role Authorization
Question:
authorize the stock out function in wave picking even if that picker has
no access to authorize the said function.
During my testing in Sandbox:
1. I was login to my user Erica and did the stock out function. (I
changed my role to picker prior this transaction)
2. I used the user PHPEBACASON (current role is picker) to authorize my
stock out transaction, and to my surprise, he was able to do it.
Supposedly the role "Supervisors Authorization" which has the "Double
Check Rule" access are only authorize to do the override.

Client requests the requirement of customization capture during System Integration Testing that needs to change the standard behaviour of the system that allowed
the user to override the authority to approve stock as long as the user has the access to the Outbound
module.
We just want to raise a concern regarding the stock out function in Wave
Picking. It came to our attention that ordinary pickers were able toauthorize the stock out function in wave picking even if that picker has
no access to authorize the said function.

Solution:
The change involve that role has the authority to approve stock out and short pick can only override the approval. This setting is done in Role Management -> UDF01 (Shortpick Approval) = Y.
Therefore user that has access to the Outbound module will not be able to override the authority for approval.
