Billing: Ratebase FLAT Rate still multiplies by unit

We checked that ratebase FLAT Rate is still multiplied by unit, for example Billing Summary ID INV211103000001 for DOCNO KT211103003 at whse CBT01

Need to check and fix FLAT rate

As advised, you do not have to configure the details to set Flat rate.

Kindly set it at “Min Amount” = 0 (See below screenshot).

There is no option on re-calculation. Need to raise CR in order to do the re-calculation function. CR - 16hours.
