1. Stop Backorder Replenishment – this is to reset backorders if it reaches more than 100 backorders, system will reset the order’s flag so as not to check for the replenishment of this orders anymore which will slow down the performance of order allocation for new orders.
2. WAV_STS_UPD – update wave status based on the statuses of orders on the wave

No it’s not hardcoded, if there is a need to apply it to other warehouses, they just need to create a new timer using the “Separate Warehouse Setting” option.
