For Printing Server to print, it needs to online all the time.
When browser is refresh or closed or Print Server rebooted, user need to manually launch this.
Open a browser and launch the print page like WMS in printer server and start the printing services each time this is happened.
For the above issue, it is found that the browser has auto refresh, therefore user needs to disable the refresh browser as below. Please take note that each browser has their own steps to disable the refresh. You can get the information from internet for different browser. The below is for Internet Explorer.
Click the Start button, type “internet options” and select Internet Options in the search results.
In the Internet Properties window, click “Custom tab -> Custom level,” then in the Security Settings window,
scroll down until you find “Allow META REFRESH.” Disable this option and click OK.
