RF Serial Number has been exceeded length (TRANSACTIONID)

Question:

DETAILS:

1. Operation in Penang (R-PEN) cannot pick all orders. Pop up an error in RF 'Serial Number have been exceeded length (TRANSACTIONID)'

2.Operation cannot Click "ship by order" .Now all order stuck at cartonized. Same error pop up as first issue

Both issues can refer to the image below.

Answer:

Issue due to insufficient ID length for transactionID.

Extended the length in ID Sequence Rule form 4 to 8 characters
