No Access on Report

Hi Team,

Kindly see below concern regarding with Gem Report.

A user cannot access the AX02_OUT_PENDING even she has been granted on report authorization.

Role Access : AXI02 GUEST
Report to Access : AX02_OUT_PENDING

Issue should be due to missing access to report designer module as GEM report is created and stored in this module.

Kindly find the below action taken for the affected user and they may follow the same should similar issue occurred on other users.

1. Enable access to gem report for the intended roleID

1. Refresh and sync user access to GEM report by clicking on the highlighted option.

Once success message pops up, affected user may re-login to WMS and issue should be resolved then.
