Hi CSO team,
We find that our client shop Bacoff Indonesia (BCI Shopee), shop code CS218, that integrates Shopee to OMS has their stock not sync. Can you take a look if you have some issue or error with your integration? This client has no Subvariant so it shouldn't be about the subvariant issue that you currently fix. Need your advice if we should deactivate the integration first to update the stock manually. Thanks.

The root-caused for this are because one of the configuration strategy are being turned off: [Please refer to attachment-OMS Shopee Integration - SKU Stock Not Sync2.PNG]
I also found that the it’s was being turn off by Shipper’s end: [Please refer to attachment-OMS Shopee Integration - SKU Stock Not Sync1.PNG]
