Summary of issue/request/query
We need recommendation for billing scheme handling (in/out) where:
- Charge pallet rate if qty 1 pallet (can be from UOM or conversion package)
- Charge pcs rate if qty is less than 1 pallet
Further questions:
- Operation seems having difficulty to follow guide when processing pallet then use PLT and EA when processing each. Qty SO / ASN is entered in EA.
- Sample Order No SODCH211027001 in warehouse CBT02

This requirement needs to use ratebase as UOM PIECES, UOM PALLETS as attached.
System will determine whether to charge Pallet or Pieces by looking at transaction UOM (ASN -Receiving, SO- Shipment)
However, if transaction shows UOM CS, but no configuration for UOM CASES, then no billing generated for cases.
