Operation seems having difficulty to follow guide when processing pallet then use PLT and EA when processing each. Qty SO / ASN is entered in EA.

Solution:

This requirement needs to use ratebase as UOM PIECES, UOM PALLETS as attached.

System will determine whether to charge Pallet or Pieces by looking at transaction UOM (ASN -Receiving, SO- Shipment)

However, if transaction shows UOM CS, but no configuration for UOM CASES, then no billing generated for cases.
