Cannot access WMS

System login timeout with "Verify code has expired, please re-enter" prompted.

Solution:

- check all services include web services are running properly and if not, restart the service. In this case MySQL.

1) Login into the DB server
2) Open Services. (You can type in shortcut - services)
3) Find MySQL80 service
4) Right click on it and click start.

- ask user to login again.
- monitor the situation.
- if this occur again, ask customer to check on the log and the reason why MySQL service goes down or stop.
