We almost ran out of RAM in WMS-DEV.
Suggestion to do tuning.

The WMS-DEV server is not a dedicated server to run WMS and the services. It is a server to host the WMS test for WMS issues and fixes. Unless the PROD has the same issue, it is hard to determine whether this need tuning.
Recommended to customer:
To stop and start back all WMS services in the server. By issuing the two commands below:
/data/shelltools/start_stop_alltomcat.sh stop
/data/shelltools/start_stop_alltomcat.sh start
