Allocated/Picked Qty with decimal character

We have a case that the SO SOBOG0421121600001 allocated and Picked qty contains comma characters/

Investigation:

Allocation is allowed for decimal qty.

Checking in DB: Inventory Balance indeed has decimal qty.

Trace the decimal qty comes from ASN receiving.

The reason why customer is unable to see the decimal during receiving is because of the setting below. The default value was 0. Change this to 2 and user is able to see the decimal qty.
