Loading List : Allocation Details ID was missing - Investigation path

We found that the user had loaded the TOTE and that one Allocation Details ID 211219028291 in loading list was missing.

1.I tried reloading it, but the Allocation Details ID 21121902829 remains unfound in Loading List.

2.I did further investigation found that this Allocation Details ID 211219028291 has a drop id of "*".

Could you please check why Drop ID is "*" and this is cause Allocation Details are missing from Loading List?

Hi Le Lean,

After checking, it appears that the user had repicked the allocation line therefore now in system it has a dropId and also appears in the Loading List.

Because the picking happened last week, the logs are no longer available for us to investigate what had happened during that time.

Please ask them to help monitor reoccurrence of this, and we can check from there. Thanks.
