Order is stuck at OMS - WMS upload failed.

OMS is sending orders batch by batch to be uploaded into WMS.

If one of the orders in the batch failed to upload, it failed all the orders.

As in this case, there are  orders failed because of the restriction on address data field, field length have a limit of 200 char on WMS, that’s why failed upload to WMS.

As mentioned because OMS upload orders to WMS in a bulk, so orders processed by OMS around the same time will send to WMS altogether. Which indirectly affected the normal orders too.
