Any update on this issue as this is blocking the order from the marketplace which has a tight deadline and this order has been stuck since yesterday soon it will be auto canceled.
Can you pull all this missing AWB from shopee?
Customer has also provide us all the AWB? Can you update this and let us know the steps how to update this AWB manually and re push this order into WMS so next time we can do it ourselves?

Please note that you can also stop at step no.1 as well, Timer will automatically process the rest after “Return to normal”.
