Order stuck at pending audit status

Please check why the order in oms stuck in pending audit status? if we do manual examine and circular distribution, it can be uploaded to WMS. the orders stuck from last night 

Please prioritize to check this.

From the log, it show that the business config was turned off at 5pm. Hence this issue happens

Ask user to enable  the config and user confirms it is now working.
