Detailed description of issue:

< Today we already received for SKU K01001 (Traditional Medicine) & SKU 1101 (Health Supplement), The first system suggest location JKWH-5B-02 for sku K01001 and we try overwrite to location JKWH-4P-04 which is still same zone traditional medicine but rise error “Different Zone”, and next we try overwrite to location JKWH-4K-01 (This is COSMETIC ZONE), but putaway success. The task number is TS00029635>


First level investigation/troubleshooting taken:

< Inform in wa group and check sku and location master data>

Comment from Stephanie: I checked in testing environment testing if key in overwrite location  zone no match with system suggested location zone will be come out erro

Solution:

There are 3 parts need to be amended (SP, WMS, RF Backend)

1. SP amended - SPCUS_VALIDATE_PTA


2. WMS STDBIZ (A0537) – add the new parameter in


3. RF – validations added Putaway Location button 






  • Add validation at the ‘Confirm’ button – To avoid the customer to by pass the error

I have fixed the SP and added some validations into the affected module - RF Standard Putaway. The changed is now ready for testing in their DEV env.
Please help to inform client to replicate the issue from PROD env to DEV env to perform the testing.

Let me know if tested okay and can be deployed to PROD env. Thanks.
