Unable to allocation with divisor zero in log error

Question:

There is some issue that we can not allocate order both through wave plan or shipment order. First I tried using this method to allocate the wave.

Second, I tried to allocate by order through Shipment Order menu

but the same error showed up

Please kindly check regarding this. The issue happened both in WH-MES02 and WH-SUB26.

Answer:

Investigation:

The template import for package only have t he description UOM but not the base UOM setting.

Therefore, the error during allocation.

The error of divisor from log is usually related to UOM wrongly setup.
