Can’t operate RF

Question:

We can’t operate the RF system in Shipper B2C Production environment. This affect all warehouses since 16 Jan 2022 afternoon until now. Please kindly check this issue.

Answer:

Investigation:

The QTY_DECIMAL flag was turn off (Active flag untick). This cause the whole RF system inaccessible except for loading.
