Question related to OMS-WMS order sync

Question:

I have a question regarding Order not sync from OMS to WMS.

1) We have transaction Number TESTJB0004 in OMS where at first the airway bill number or courier number is null, then at 2022-01-19 10:07:39 we update the air way bill for this order from null to AWBSAPAJA12313. But the order is not yet sync to the WMS as per now (2022-01-19 10:50:00)

My question is why the order is not sync to WMS? What is the maximum retry sync from OMS to WMS for 1 order? If we see from this order, this order is synced to WMS 10x but still failed due to the air waybill number is null. But when we update the AWB Number, the order is not sync to WMS.

2) Is there any other workaround that we can retry manually or increase the retry mechanism without running the whole process again as a new order?

If we see the order log from orderNumber TESTJB0004, we can see that the retry mechanism works every 5 mins. So, we need to ensure that we update the airway bill number before 50 mins (10x 5mins). But, if we see another order log from orderNumber TESTJB0005, there are gap time between 2022-01-19 10:13:52 until 2022-01-19 10:43:52 that the retry mechanism doesn't work at that particular time. Are there any cases or exceptions why this is happening?

1. Yes we have another workaround to retry manually via OMS existing function : Order document



2.  Due to previous upload errors, there’s huge volume on system with pending upload/upload failed, which indirectly affected the pending-upload-list to WMS, those orders are still stuck inside the pending list, and affected some of the order unable to squeeze inside…Our end have success reset those orders status based on dates under the permission of CSO (Orders before December and affected upload error orders). Kindly proceed to check whether this issue persist. Need further monitoring.
