Duplicate RW Bill success sync to WMS

Question:

I have tried to do the first checking and don't find some misconfigurations in the Production environment vs staging environment. So, kindly help to check it also.

Solution:

Turn on getAWB  strategy back to stop the duplication.

Investigation:

Report Issue: Orders from Marketplace(LZD/SHOPEE) skipped the getAWB process and send to WMS.


Root Cause: User turned off the strategy to instruct system perform this getAWB step…that’s why the reported case happened.


(getAWB: It’s the step for OMS to get the tracking no from Marketplace, all MP order have to go thru this process)
