Billing error message is not clearly defined

This error message occur because the SP pointing to DB (capital letter), actually is small letter.

We have fix it in TEST environment.

Please re-test it.

For billing, it needs to run by timer and cannot do "execute immediately"

If you execute the run immediately it will not reflect the changes.

You can refer to the last run time. It will not change. It will only change if it is run by the system.

You need to set the time and let the timer run.
