When someone updates a sequence in a data export rule, it will hide some reports from other users.

Need to update back sequence back to 10 in order to make it visible again
It seems data export rule has some bug when displaying the menu option

In the export rules, there is a common flag - tick or untick. This is to show the dropdown in the list.
While the print by rule will show the reports that is more than 20. It will also show the sequence of the reports in the right manner.
The sequence of the report is the same for sorting in excel in character string.
