Please see the example SKU as below picture.

So the error was found user try to shipped the loading list, the system show an error “The number of shipments exceed the number of orders”

We did solve the issue by reverse picking the exceed line.

Also I have try to investigate if user edit the allocation qty, but did not found any edited log.

Answer:

Investigation:

There is a system bug when the whole box lifting flag is tick in the Wave.

After fixed this issue, system is checking on a parameter that works with this.
System config WAVE_TASK_BALANCE_MODE need to set to a value.

WAVE_TASK_BALANCE_MODE (the allocation order of wave allocation): when the wave is combined and allocated, the order allocation order of CS partial picking tasks.

Set to A Continuous Mode - Distribute according to ORDERNO order, that is, centralized order distribution, and the SKUs of one order are concentrated in one pallet.
Set to B Allocation mode Equal Sharing Mode-  Distribute according to ORDERNO circular allocation, that is, scattered order allocation, so that the goods on one pallet are scattered in multiple orders.
