Inform customer not to put in the specific printer in the template that cause it to search for the printer and delay the printout.
Investigation:

Details :
When the user selects Direct Printing, we found that it loads slowly and cannot be printed.
Can Print Preview normally.
Found an issue with both the PROD and TEST environments.
Could you please check ?

Go to the label template. Edit template,
Change it to default printer and click OK to save it.
Inform customer not to put in the specific printer in the template that cause it to search for the printer and delay the printout.
Remove the specific printer.
Investigation:
Checking whether the deployment for optimization performance improvement will improve this.
