Open Report designer error shows.
Error : HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
Answer:
Steps given to user:
This is due to the connection between GEM Report and MySQL is down. For this issue you can do the following:
- Restart the GEM report services like you did. If still failed then proceed
- Go to DB Server: 10.100.1.34
- Click on services and find MySQL80
- Restart the services.
- Then try again.
Investigation:
The connection between GEM Report and MySQL disrupted. Restart the MySQL80 service and it works fine.
