401 Error - When accessing report

Detailed description of issue:

User encountered 401 error when accessing custom reports.


First level investigation/troubleshooting taken:


Superuser checked other custom reports and dashboards, all are generating the same 401 error.  Checked with test environment if similar issue is existing, but issue is not encountered.

Investigation:

When someone goes and restarts report service when it is already started. A new line will appear in the data source.


It will create another data source in the 2nd line which is in the red rectangle…  Just assume there is a line because we have deleted prior to this.

We need to delete that line for the error to disappear. Only delete when there is an extra line. The first one, you cannot delete it else we will need to restart the whole service again.
