Investigation:
Found the issue with Kafka where the Frontend server jar and the backend server jar is different version. This cause error in the tomcat log. After copy the latest updated Kafka jar from Frontend server to Backend server, the issue is resolved.
Investigation:
We do not find this issue. Ask customer to recheck again.
