Cannot Print HW Shipping Label after Process Shipment Check

Dear CSO,

Please help check this issue, when Ops finished doing a shipment check the HW Shipping label didn't go straight to print automatically and there was no pending activity to print the hw shipping label, this issue just happened 5 minutes ago in all warehouses all of a sudden.

Answer:

Investigation:

This is due to this user has inactive the template (consignment note) which caused the printing issue happened.

Since this is user mistake, we will raise SR for the investigation
