Checked the query in the database and retrieved data.

Ok. Then ask them to monitor it for a week and see any of these issues occur or did not occur again. Close the ticket on those not happening and we will continue to check on the issue that is still happening.

Have they done this?
1. FAST to do it.
2. Both Frontend and backend.
3. Restart all the servers.
Another follow up question from FAST, for more details on the resolution.
- Has this been performed in production server already by HLS? Or is this to be done by FAST?
- Which server is this for? Frontend or Backend?
- Which service needs to be restarted? Can you provide the command so they know how long the downtime is.
Sir Jonel wants to know if this is also related to the Outgoing Inbound and Outbound file, where there are logs in information monitoring but no physical file is being generated (due to they raised the ticket again on the issue).
Investigation:
As FAST is creating more and more interfaces, they need to increase the connection to the DB.
The way to increase is as below:
