Replenish not generated after UOM changed to CTN

Kindly help or advice, we have generate for replenish for UOM EA, but when we changed to UOM CTN they did not generated, below screenshot for test

There is a setting on the SKU that needs to be ticked for the Full UOM Only.

To explain, it is as below:

Currently you have 1 PACK and the rest are CTN.

In the setting you have set that the minimum replenishment is 1 CTN.

What happen in the system when the FULL UOM Only is not ticked, it will take the remaining qty.

In this case, it first take 1PACK, then 4 CTN = 32 PACK, total now is 33PACK, it still need 47 PACK but there is no 47 PACK, it can only have 48 PACK because it is stated that minimum is 1 CTN.

System will decide to take 6 CTN in this case which causes it to overflow 1 PACK – 81 PACK.

If you tick on the Full UOM only, it will take everything in multiple of CTN and will not take any remaining.

If you do not want to replenish anything smaller than 1 CTN, can just tick that Full UOM Only.

We actually forgot about this setting because usually there will be no EA in bulk location.

You need to set the Up Limit to 24 or more than 24.

Please refer the package module. 1 CTN = 24 pieces.

If set the value is 10, it will not trigger replenishment task.
