Detailed description of issue:

User is unable to access reports even if appropriate rights have been assigned to him. Impacts both custom reports and standard reports

First level investigation/troubleshooting taken:

Tried assigning different roles to the user. Basic troubleshooting like clearing cache or changing of browsers have been performed but still encountering the same issue.

Case replication in original warehouse:

Unable to replicate this in other environments, seem to be the issue is with the user only

Answer:

The mentioned reports are GEM reports. Sent customer the manual of GDEC GEM Portal Access to grant access, and customer confirmed it's working.
Steps:
1. Login to WMS as ‘admin’ user
2. The GEM Report Admin Portal can be accessed via [Customization Development] > [GEM PLATFORM]:

3. The portal display would be as per below:   

 If using Chrome browser, you can translate the page to English   

4. Click on menu “1” – System
5. Click on menu “2” – Role Permission Management

1 – On the left are the available roles setup in WMS > select the required role to grant access to   
2 – On the right are the available reports > tick the reports to grant access to
3 – click on “Save” to save the selections  

6. Alternatively, you may also grant access by specific user instead of a role in general. Click on menu “3” – User Rights Management

3 – click on “Save” to save the selections 7. Ask the user to logout and re-login to WMS and they should have the access to the selected reports
