Cannot delete SKU because has been quoted by DOC_PO_DETAILS

Answer:
Customers are able to delete the SKU themselves.
The reason SHIPPER is unable to delete these SKU is because there are still relevant records in DOC_ASN_DETAILS/DOC_PO_DETAILS table.
The relevant orders must be deleted instead of cancelled to be able to delete the SKUs.

Detailed description of issue:
This issue happens when user want delete the SKU, but the SKU ever exist in PO that
have been cancelled
First level investigation/troubleshooting taken:
1. Try again to delete the SKU
Case replication in original warehouse:
1. Create SKU
2. Create PO with the new SKU
3. Generate ASN for that PO
4. Cancel the ASN and the PO
5. Delete the SKU
6. It will return error Delete error-the record to delete has been quoted by
DOC_ASN_DETAILS
