Detailed description of issue:

The datahub is throwing an error with the following details: (screenshot #1)

Datahub response:

"returnCode": "ED00020"
"returnDesc": "SQL execution exception"

Datahub Message group serial number”: 707389344690002369

We utilized the standard API 'SO' on the UAT2 server.

The issue seems to be isolated to the UAT2 environment, as performing the same operation on the production server did not replicate the problem. (screenshot #3)

Error Replication: Successfully replicated the error during a single SO datahub call in the UAT2 environment.

First level investigation/troubleshooting taken:

1. Checked the database for the duplicate SO Number as mention in the error response. (screenshot #2)

2. Attempted server restart: Despite restarting the servers, the issue persists.

3. Tested on production server: Conducted tests on the production server, confirming that the problem is specific to UAT2.

4. Production out on February 07: Despite a recent production update, the issue remains unresolved.
