Detailed description of issue:

When doing the reverse picking in the Web UI for the SKU 10003324 for SO2405160470, there was an error message of “A3001CUS_This item was packed. You cannot perform this action!!!’ despite picking it via Loose Order Picking.

First level investigation/troubleshooting taken:

Answer:

It's due to configuration of SKU's package master.



Advise customer to tick it and try again, it works.
