Detailed description of issue:

On Shipment Order tab -> chose print button -> Phiếu xuất hàng -> preview print. We need to export the template to PDF for sending customer mail. But font and text format look like they are not working when exporting PDF from a template; it shows ? character instead of Unicode text. The printer still works fine

Answer:

For now, current reports that customer mentioned have this issue:
1) GHN_B2B_PACKING_LIST (PHIẾU NHẬP KHO)
2) GHN_GOOD_RECEIVED_NOTES (PACKING LIST - PHIẾU XUẤT KHO)

If want to fix the Export PDF of these reports, need to manually delete every memobox, staticbox and fieldbox and change to add “RTFTextbox”.

After checking, only RTFTextbox able to display Vietnamese character when using Export PDF function (Other box cannot).
1) To insert a text in RTFTextbox:

After making the change, click Save.

Flux suggested that when using Memobox, it will show the '?' for Vietnamese character.
Have to use RTF textbox to be able to show Vietnamese character for the Export PDF function.


When exporting using this function, the some special character appears as '?'. 


When use the 'print' function to save as PDF, it works fine.



Suggested customer to use 'print' and save PDF for now while checking with flux on the export pdf function.
