Ticket was re-opened and re-investigated.

INVESTIGATION:

The route value in the loading list can be updated to remove the default value.
Technically, only one record should have the default flag set to 'Y'. Multiple active records with default flag = 'Y' are not allowed.

ROOT CAUSE:

We suspect these conflicting records were imported via Excel, which bypassed validation checks during the import process.

When adding records through the UI, the default flag is set to 'N' by default.
If a record already exists with default flag = 'Y', and you attempt to set another one with default = 'Y', the system will display an alert to prevent this.

SOLUTION:

Kindly refer below screenshot to remove the default.

Step 1: Uncheck all the default value.

Step 2 : Click Reset Cache.

Once the changes are completed, please try creating a new loading list.
The default value in the Route field should now be empty.

You may also refer to the TEST environment, where the changes have already been applied for verification.
