Cannot upload SKU using template

Hi,

We would like to seek your assistance regarding our concern on uploading new SKU using BAS_SKU template.

INCIDENT REPORT

• Error is the same with Issue #90281894.
• From initial investigation, the SKU upload template has some mandatory fields that are left blank.
• Requested the user to fill up these mandatory fields and re-upload again to see if error will be the same.
• Upon discussion with PSO consultant, there are columns that require data maintenance. These are pertaining to the SKU Group columns.

• import.Info.RowResultE212 is due to missing system code maintenance. The SKU upload template accomplished by the superuser utilized the SKU Group columns that require data maintenance.
• Upload will fail as there are mandatory columns (those in red) left blank.

• Cell format should be Text.
• Provide data for the following mandatory columns:
• Tare
• Cube
• Price
• Reorder Qty
• CHK SCN UOM
• Copy Pack ID LOTATT12 TO
• Kit Flag
• QTY Min
• QTY Max
• Break CS
• Break IP
• Maintenance Type
• First OP
• Medicine Specical Control
• Second SerialNO Catch
• Print Medicine QC Report
• SN ASN QTY
• SN SO QTY
• Scan When Case Picking
• Scan When Piece Picking
• Scan When Check
• Scan When Receive
• Scan When Putaway
• Scan When Pack
• Scan When Move
• Scan When QC
• SerialNO Catch
• Tolerance
• Free Pick Gift
• Maintain the SKU Group data in the System Code module (note that the Code ID only allows maximum of 20 characters). The steps are as follows:
• Go to System Code module.
• In Code Type, you can search for the specific Code ID (i.e. SKU_GRP_3) or do a wildcard search to view all applicable results (i.e. querying SKU_GRP% will show SKU_GRP_1 to SKU_GRP_9).
• Double click on the specific Code ID then click on the Details tab.
• You can manually add the data here or upload via Import file.
