INVESTIGATION:

For the specific ASN provided by the superuser, the reason the Putaway List printout didn't contain the Suggested Putaway Location is due to the Plan To Location being blank.
Looking at another ASN, the system is able to provide a Plan To Location.
The generated Putaway List contains the Plan To Location for that ASN.
Upon checking the SKU master, the data for IC-18-139 is incomplete. It didn't have any data in the Multiwarehouse tab, which contains the Putaway Rule mapping. For the SKUs in ASN25100200005, the SKU master contains data in the Multiwarehouse tab, with the Putaway Rule set to "STANDARD".

ROOT CAUSE:

This is not a system bug. The issue is due to SKU master set-up lacking mapping to Putaway Rule.

SOLUTION:

Ensure that the SKU master is complete. For the affected SKU, the Multiwarehouse tab is blank. Thus, mapping to a Putaway Rule is not established and the system cannot suggest a putaway location.
Before printing, the user can go to the ASN > go to the Putaway tab > check if there is a Plan To Location. If they want to have data in the Putaway List print out, put a location in the Plan To Location before generating the report.
We recommend that the customer review their Putaway Rules so that most, if not all, will have a system-generated putaway location. They can use the Putaway Rules set-up in Davao WH as reference.
