The superuser informed CSO that issue has been resolved and we can proceed with ticket closure.

INVESTIGATION:
Upon checking, only the Loading List has a Closed status and the SOs are still open.
ROOT CAUSE:
Operational issue.
SOLUTION:
Patch the Loading Header and Loading Details status in the backend.
